Gamma Iota Sigma is the only collegiate organization dedicated to students interested in pursuing careers in the industry. With over 4,000 annual members at nearly 70 collegiate chapters and growing, GIS students are preparing for and go on to pursue careers across the industry as risk managers, actuaries, accountants, commercial and personal lines underwriters, brokers and producers, claims adjusters, IT managers, healthcare consultants, marketing managers and more. In partnership with corporate supporters, professional associations, and trade organizations, the full spectrum of GIS programming provides members meaningful interaction with the industry, as well as the tools to pursue and succeed in a lucrative career.
