The Emerging Leaders Conference is hosted by APCIA, The Insurance Careers Movement and AM Best and is a cornerstone component of February Insurance Careers Month. If selected for the 2027 Class of Emerging Leaders, participants will join a powerhouse cohort of the industry’s best and brightest leaders. Throughout the experience, the Emerging Leaders will engage with senior executives, gain real-world insights and advice from industry leaders, and build a dynamic network that extends beyond the conference.
The Emerging Leaders Conference was inspired by industry executives looking to create an initiative that would help identify, celebrate, and retain rising stars in insurance. Executives were concerned about top talent leaving the insurance industry for other sectors. A nomination process was created to help drive internal conversations on emerging leaders and to create a unique professional development and recognition opportunity.
